Ruth Laus leads the post-close team at Tidal Loans, where she’s spent the past four years making sure every loan we fund performs the way it was underwritten. Post-close is the part of lending most borrowers never think about until it matters: final documentation, funding accuracy, draw administration on rehab and construction deals, payoffs, and the handoff from a short-term loan into permanent financing.

On bridge deals in particular, Ruth’s team sees how the story actually ends — whether the exit lands, whether a bridge-to-DSCR refinance closes clean, whether draws and payoffs run without surprises. That vantage point is why she reviews our bridge loan content: she’s the one who watches these loans through to resolution, not just to closing.
