Cameron Montgomery

Cameron Montgomery is an Account Executive at Tidal Loans, where over the past year he has worked directly with real estate investors financing short-term rental and DSCR deals across Texas and nationwide. A graduate of Rice University with a degree in Sports Management and a former Rice University football player, Cameron brings the same discipline and team-first approach to guiding investors through the lending process.

He helps borrowers structure fix-and-flip, DSCR, Airbnb and vacation-rental, multifamily, and commercial financing around a property’s projected income — walking each deal through in plain terms, from first quote to close.
